Description

A game about wizard whose mana caused him to grow to big for his home and now must set out to look for a new home. When he spends his mana he returns to his tiny normal size.

Game Mechanics

  • The smaller the wizard is the faster he moves but the more damage he takes. 
  • consuming mana makes the wizard  smaller.
  • charging a spell slows you down. 
  • The longer you charge a spell(hold down click) the greater its effects. (this bugs out a lot.)
  •  enemies get bigger the more they are damaged by spells
  • the spells are aimed with WASD not the mouse ( ran out of time)
  • there is only 1 level (ran out of time.
  • spell orb grants new spells
  • the mana some times bugs out and lets you cast when you have no mana (ran out of time.

Spells 

  • Fireball - casts a fireball that explodes on contact
  • Grow - grows living things but not enemies (ran out of time)
  • Tornado - casts a tornado that damaged enemies in its area( very buggy often breaks game, was the last thing I worked on )
  • Shrink - shrinks living things but not enemies (ran out of time.)

Disclaimer

 Its very unfinished and has no audio. I made this game solo, using asset packs from itch for art. This is the second game I've ever worked on.  Feel free to share all the weird bugs you find. Also, if you have any feed back its appreciated. I think at some point, I would like to take the concept for this game and attempt making it for real. I really tried to do more than I could fit into a jam for this game, but I learned a lot (when i started I didn't even know how to do tile sets).
